SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms govern operational text messages sent by QiraTech to customers requesting equipment services and to suppliers who want to receive relevant requests.

Program description

Messages may include request confirmations, supplier matches, quotations, availability questions, scheduling information, status updates and support related to a request or supplier profile. QiraTech does not use this consent for unrelated third-party advertising.

How to opt in

You may opt in by entering your mobile number and actively selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on the public QiraTech customer request form or supplier registration form. We retain the phone number, date, source, consent status and version of the notice as evidence of your choice.

Consent is not a condition of submitting a request, registering as a supplier, purchasing services or receiving assistance.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and may include multiple messages per week during an active request, matching process or supplier onboarding. Messages stop when they are no longer relevant or when you opt out.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms govern any charges.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any QiraTech SMS to unsubscribe. We may send one final confirmation and will then stop further SMS messages unless you later provide new consent. Other recognized opt-out keywords may include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Communications providers may process this information solely to deliver and support QiraTech messages.

Eligibility and availability

You must be the account holder for the mobile number, have permission from the account holder and be at least 18 years old. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier and country support. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes affecting the scope of consent will require new consent where applicable.
