QiraTech is an equipment-service request matching service operated in Georgia by individual entrepreneur Konstantin Boiarskikh. This policy explains how we handle information from customers, equipment owners and service providers.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, city, job location, equipment or service requirements, requested date and time, supplier equipment details, prices, VAT status, and messages you send through our website, Telegram, WhatsApp, email or telephone.
How we use information
We use this information to process requests, identify suitable suppliers, connect customers and suppliers, provide service updates, prevent abuse, improve matching quality, maintain business records and comply with applicable law.
Sharing
Request details and contact information may be shared with a limited number of relevant suppliers so they can respond to the request. Supplier details may be shared with customers considering their offer. We do not sell personal information.
SMS and messaging consent
We send recurring SMS only after you make an informed, affirmative choice by selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on a QiraTech customer request or supplier registration form. The notice identifies QiraTech, the types of messages, expected frequency, possible carrier charges and how to opt out. Consent is not a condition of submitting a request, registering as a supplier, purchasing services or receiving assistance.
Messages may concern your request, supplier matches, quotations, scheduling, availability and status updates. Message frequency varies and may include multiple messages per week during an active request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Mobile information and consent records
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing. We may share request contact details with a limited number of matched suppliers solely to fulfil the service you requested. Communications providers may process mobile information only to deliver and support QiraTech messages.
We retain proof of SMS consent, including the phone number, date and time, source, consent status and version of the notice shown, until consent is withdrawn and for any additional period required for compliance or dispute prevention.
Storage and security
Information may be stored using service providers such as Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Telegram, WhatsApp and communications providers. We apply reasonable access controls and retain information only while it is needed for operations, legal obligations and dispute prevention.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, stop marketing communications, or withdraw messaging consent. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
